…Creating on the Hill…

Life is about the people you meet and the things you create with them

..A Doodle a Day..29-35

I can’t believe we are already on numbers 29-35!!! They say (not sure who says but i have read this) that “30 days makes a habit”…i feel doodling is becoming a daily habit for me and a way to chill after a busy day, because the card is only small (5cm x 8cm) i don’t feel over whelmed and i now don’t worry if i don’t always like them….its each step in my doodle journey i love..how about you?..does anyone feel the same..

the theme for this week is “Doodle Words”…they can be the suggested words below or your own favorite words..

29) Create       30) Art      31) Smile     32) Happy

33) Time          34) Faith    35) Dream

I backed all of the cards with the same paper..a paper to make me smile..

Happy Doodling

  1. Love this new theme. Can’t wait to get started.

  2. Hi Sandra, As you know I’ve joined the doodle challenge but have used my own themes as well as some of yours. I like to keep mine simple – no pressure! I colour the card backgrounds with pens or paint and when I want to doodle, I just pick up a pre-coloured card and draw! I’ve used a black fine-tipped marker to doodle some of my cards, and metallic/fluorescent gel pens on the black cards. I’ve drawn the doodle word and images on the front and added a little story in a few words on the back. Although I’m not doodling every day – and that’s ok – I like taking time out every few days to record a thought or feeling or something that I like or am inspired by. I like seeing everyone’s doodles, I’m always amazed how the themes are interpreted differently. Being creative is just great!
