The Crafts House is a small studio on top of a "hill"..a place to create..a place to breathe..a time just for you.. I'm the luckiest person to spend my days creating the art that i love..meeting like minded creative friends..sharing time in the palette of life..

  1. Oh thank you for posting the photos, that is the first glimpse of the sea I have seen in months, I live at least 12 hours from the coast, looks like you have a wonderful day when your office is on wheels.

    Take care Sharon xo

    • Hi Sharon, there is something about the sea that makes us all happy, my studio on the road has proved that I can work with a limited amount of supplies….I shouldn’t be saying that otherwise I will loose my reason for buying more!!
hope you can see me waving from the other side of the world

  2. Wow Sandra – what a great post – I didn’t realise The Crafts House went on the road! Lots of inspiration at the sea-side! I think my inspiration would come from the woods in autumn – all those lovely rich colours (I don’t think I will ever escape from the Burnt Orange and Black Plum paints!!) What a great idea to have a creative road-trip. Must try that sometime! See you soon.

  3. The sea always had a calming effect on me too (and I’m lucky enough to see it every day). I love the way every day is different and the view is always interesting – sometimes quiet and still, others exciting when the waves are crashing high up into the air! An excellent location for working too.
    The sandwiches look delicious ♥
